Need help redacting an NDA for working with a costumer

Hi collegue freelancers! I have a project with a costumer outside the platform and he requires an NDA with validity in México (dunno if those things change from country to country...). If you could help me out redacting the document and give me a heads up of required documents on each half or any other relevant info for the process I would appreciate it.
