80 year old woman suffered severe injuries, to the head, face and her back (broken in three places). Physical therapy is nearly complete. She will always be in pain, she will always require treatment (massage and physical therapy, etc.), and she will always be limited in her abilities due to these two accidents. Both accidents are direct results of propert negligence/premisis liabiliy. Former attorney on the case who chickened out is happy to turn over all case documents and reports for your perusal.
