Need a corporate Lawyer

To advise on a dispute with another founder share holder. We founded a Pvt. Ltd. company and soon realized that cannot work together, I decided to move out and he accepted, however, he refused to consider the loan of 2.5lac paid to the company which we obtained from my wife. He also withdrew money from the company account for his personal use and now not supporting to file the return of the company.
