Need attorney to review and sign opinion letter

I formed a new LLC specifically for my IRA to own, — as an “IRA LLC” or checkbook IRA — and also have a willing custodian to service it. They just need an opinion letter to do that.
They already approved my LLC operating agreement, and provided an approved opinion letter on file for another IRA LLC. I have turned this into a template form so just need an attorney to review docs and sign this letter for my custodian to have on file.
