Need an attorney to help with getting a resolution with a non-responsive LexisNexis.
Basically they (in particular one person) has been SUPER unresponsive to my emails/calls. I am an insurance broker and need their appointment to collect revenues and service clients. I've been working on it since November 2021. It is June 2022 now.
I bought a new agency as well and they have travelers accounts we can't get paid on or service until LexisNexis approves us.
