Need an attorney in California or Washington to review a Consulting agreement (I am the consultant)

Need an attorney to review and provide feedback on a consulting agreement provided to me by another company I am thinking of consulting for.

I'm concerned about the IP and non-compete provisions, as well as time limits and arbitration clauses.
