Need Paralegal Manufactured Home Title Michigan

Need to file court petition to obtain green title to a Michigan manufactured home I own, but original owner (my parents) never filed for title in 1986 when home was originally fixed on the property. Can demonstrate free and clear underlying property title and request tax records from Oceana county providing proof that home has been affixed continuously and owned by my family since 1986
