Need Licensed Attorney To Represent LLC In MN

I have an LLC in Minnesota that was sued for filing a Notice of Lis Pendens on a Property. The Lis Pendens was discharged, but they are seeking damages. I am willing to agree to whatever stipulations and relief they are seeking, but the LLC must be represented by an Attorney. So im looking for an attorney to represent the LLC.
