I am a married woman, Muslim. I am looking to hire an experienced legal professional (lawyer/advocate) with knowledge of West Bengal Land Reforms Act to help me take legal steps regarding unlawful deprivation of my inherited property.
Background:
• My father’s property (both ancestral and self-acquired) has been transferred solely to my brothers without my knowledge or consent.
• I was never informed or notified by the BL&LRO, during this process.
• I have also filed a formal complaint titled “Application for Rectification of Land Records Under WBLR Act” with all supporting documents, but no official response has been received.
Requirements:
• Must be familiar with land mutation, inheritance, and partition laws in West Bengal.
• Experience with BL&LRO procedures and civil litigation.
• Ability to guide or represent me in further legal action (filing cases or sending legal notices).
