Need Help with Company Registration & Documentation for Restaurant Business in Saudi Arabia (Indian Owner, Lowest Cost)

I am an Indian entrepreneur looking to start a restaurant business in Saudi Arabia. I already own a Pvt Ltd company in India and now want to expand by registering a company in Saudi at the lowest possible cost.

What I Need Help With:

* Guidance on the best and cheapest legal structure (Entrepreneur license, branch of Indian company, or new entity)
* Assistance with required documentation for registration
* Help with applying through MISA (Ministry of Investment), Baladiya (municipality), or other required portals
* Knowledge of ZATCA, Chamber of Commerce, CR (Commercial Registration) process
* Help with local sponsor (if required) and understanding of ownership rights
* Step-by-step support until the company is legally ready to operate a restaurant

Requirements:

* You must have experience helping foreigners (especially Indians) start businesses in Saudi Arabia
* Should suggest the cheapest legal route with clear pros and cons
* Familiarity with online application processes in Saudi
* Priority to freelancers based in Saudi Arabia or have assisted Saudi startups

Optional but Preferred:
