NSW Solicitor for Small Claims Guidance

I need a New South Wales solicitor to help me with using the proper forms and using them correctly. I have filed a court case for a car crash. It was a minor crash, but it totaled my car. I need to serve the two defendants now the proper way. I want to question one of the defendants who is the driver. This is in relation to showing that he is to blame. I need to ask questions to make him answer about if he was trying to hit me due to a specific circumstance. I need to ask him if it was his job to hit me. And who he works for. This needs to be a small list of questions that can be a small part of a small claims case. I don't want to make this too big for the court to process with the proper forms. I included two questions in my court application filing. The court accepted my filing, so they should be willing to allow this as part of the small claims case. It needs to be relevant to the car crash. I need a solicitor to prepare the paperwork with me properly for serving the parties. I need the solicitor to confirm that my application with the pleadings and particulars are done correctly. This is all possible within a 1-2 hour consultation.
