NEED LEGAL HELP FOR A SENIOR

My sister is unhappy living in a chsld. She would like to return return home under my care and supervision. She was admitted to long term care by court order after refusing to give consent. The court order had a 3 year term. My sister already spent 1 1/2 years in long term care. I assume the coiurt order was to override her right give non consent. One of the major problems with her detainment is she lacks freedom to go on short outings. She basically detained in her room with little mental stimulation.
