I NEED A 0% DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDER FOR A UK COMPANY I HAVE SETUP

Hi everyone. I'm assuming that this is an unusual project.

YOU MUST BE UK BASED. DO NOT BID FROM OUTSIDE THE UK.

I have setup a Company in the UK. I own a property in Spain. The purpose of the Company is to give away my property as part of a raffle/competition that will be promoted exclusively in the UK. I will be selling tickets and choosing a lucky winner to give the property to.

I have been told by a payment processor who will process the payments for the ticket sales that I require a 0% Director Shareholder of my UK company.

I'm assuming that in order to do this, I will need to add you on my Company. For that I would probably need a copy of your identity information, a utility bill and similar items to give to my accountants to submit to Companies House.

Once this is done, I will need to finalise the application with my payment processor. I should get an approval. If I do, I then need to sort out the banking side of the Company so I will need assistance setting up a UK bank account.

I am an English man, however, I have lived abroad for over 20 years and I am considered an expatriate. The travel restrictions also make this different due to covid-19.

So to summarise, I need to list someone as 0% Director Shareholder on my UK Company. and I need a UK bank account setting up.

It is worth noting that this is considered a risky type of business venture because it is considered to be a Gaming Site related venture.
