NEED AMENDMENTS TO MEMORANDUM OF ASSOCIATION FOR A WLL COMPANY

As per the title its very clear, i have a memorandum of association that needs amendment, the memorandum belongs to a company which is given to new shareholders, the shares were not sold, the shares were waived so there is no need for a shares selling declaration, i need someone whos a lawyer, or a law firm assistant, or a legal consultant for this job, preferably specialized in company formation , thus who already have experience in working in GCC or currently working in GCC, or Egyptians working in Egypt , the candidate must be bilingual Arabic and English, i have the draft ready, and documents related such as old memorandum for reference, IDs of the new shareholders and the current shareholders .....ETC.
if you are not bilingual arabic and english please dont bid on the project.
