I am looking for a freelancer to create a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for a specific project or task. The ideal candidate should have experience in drafting MOUs and be familiar with the legal requirements and language involved.
Skills and Experience:
- Legal background or experience in contract drafting
- Knowledge of the specific project or task to accurately capture the scope in the MOU
- Attention to detail to ensure all necessary terms and conditions are included
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with me and understand my requirements
- Ability to work within a given timeframe and deliver the completed MOU on time
Duration:
- The MOU is expected to be long term, with a duration of more than 12 months.
Scope:
- The MOU will specifically cover a single project or task, outlining the responsibilities and expectations of both parties involved.
