Motion to set aside a pa pfa

A mutually agreed-upon PFA was ask Dan did without me getting notice of the hearings etc. the sheriffs office filed false affidavit of service which I have proof that that never happened. I need to file a motion to get it throw it out and possibly set things up for a civil rights violation of my due process lawsuit
