Motion for summary judgement of an arbitration award -- 2

I am trying to get a judgment enforced. I want an arbitration award and I need to write up a motion for summary judgment for the district court. This person must be familiar with the rules of the court, contract law, UCC laws, etc ....
The defendants are a private government corporation/a government entity. Most people know them as DCFS OR CPS CHILD PROTECTIVE SERVICES IN YOLO COUNTY. They've got the best defense attorneys (COUNTY COUNCIL) SO I need someone who's familiar with arbitration laws, ucc, contract laws, rules of the court, etc......
I may need help filing a response to thier answer as well so you must be willing to help throughout the entire case if needed. I need this done by the 1st week of APRIL. I HAVE ATTACHED A COPY OF THE ARBITRATION AWARD AND THE ARBITRATORS ORDERS IN REGARD TO HIS DECISION. I AM ALSO GOING TO ATTACH A COPY OF THE ORIGINAL CONTRACT BETWEEN THE DEFENDANTS AND I. THAT SHOULD GIVE A BEETER IDEA OF WHAT I NEED. THANKS I WILL BE HAPPY TO FIND SOMEONE WITH COURT EXPERIENCE AND KNOWS HOW TO FUGHT A GOVERNMENT ENTITY.
