We have served a a financial institution with a court ordered subpoena for the defendants financials and the bank has not responded in the alloted time.
Nor have they offered any communication
We need a Motion to Compel Compliance that can filed in court that will ultimalty result the the subpoenaed finacials transferred the to plaintiffs.
This motion requests the court to order the bank to produce the requested documents and may lead to legal consequences for the bank if they persist in non-compliance.
The court could include holding the bank in contempt, imposing fines, or other remedies available under the law.
