Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I’m in the final stages of buying a residential property in the UK and already have the lender’s financing pack on my desk. Before I sign, I want a qualified UK property lawyer to go through every clause, flag any risks or hidden fees, and confirm the terms comply with current regulations and common-law protections.
Here’s what I need from you:
• Review of Legal Charge, Diminishing Musharakah Agreement, Lease Agreement, Service Agency Agreement, Terms & Conditions Acknowledgment, and Guarantee & Indemnity docs. (INDEPENDENT LEGAL ADVICE REQUIRED FOR THIS)
A walk through, plain-English summary of the key obligations, penalties, and borrower protections in the existing mortgage and related (financing) documents.
Additional extra's.
• An annotated version (or tracked-changes draft) highlighting any wording that could expose me to unnecessary liability or future cost.
• Practical recommendations on amendments I should request from the lender, plus suggested language where possible.
You will be working solely with the documents I supply—no new contracts need to be created—so efficiency and sharp analytical skills are essential.
