Marketplace Website in USA - Need Terms of Service & Privacy Policy

I did have old documents.. I can copy from other marketplace and change to my needs but I thought I try here if I can get legal help (international or para legal) to draft documents which can protect my company from potential issues. I need Privacy Policy and Terms of Service which we will make people to abide by.

You must have written similar document for other online companies in USA.. Don't waste time.. I will ask for those links first.
