Malaysia legal content writers

1 am looking for quite a specific skillset for
content production of a content site. The
target market is Malaysia, and the topic is law.
In my experience the best legal writers are
those who are living in the country in question
and also have a current or past background in
the legal industry. That probably means I have
slim pickings in freelancer, but I wanted to see
if there is anyone relevant who might be
interested.
