St. Louis Med-Mal Trial Counsel

My medical malpractice suit is already on file in the Circuit Court of St. Louis, Missouri; until now I have handled it pro se. The case is moving toward a jury trial and I have reached the point where experienced courtroom advocacy is essential.
Scope of work
• Enter your appearance and serve as lead counsel at trial.
• Craft and deliver opening and closing statements that fit the existing pleadings and evidence.
• Conduct thorough cross-examination of defense witnesses and direct examination of any witnesses I present.
• Make timely objections, argue points of law to the judge, and steer overall trial strategy so my claims are preserved for any subsequent appeal.
