Hi, I need to pursue legal action against one US guy. I hired one US developer for my project but he was not a US guy.
That US guy shared his privacy info ((SSN number, government ID card etc).) with my developer
I thought the current developer is US guys because he verified identity with that info.
I paid to US person's bank via ACH and it seems those guys divided the profit.
Anyway, I have all info of that US guy.
I need to get my money back from them.
