Looking for an experienced consumer bankruptcy paralegal to provide ongoing and reliable support to a busy attorney. Tasks include motion response drafting, e-filing, calendar and deadline management, daily docket monitoring and scheduling deadlines on calendar, filing extension motions, gathering documents for the Bankruptcy Trustees, notifying clients of court appearances, coordinating and setting up signing appointments, reaffirmation agreement processing, client contact and problem solving, attention to detail and excellent work ethic required.
