Can you help me remove an agent company's registration as a company secretary?
So, before that, I had been purchased by an agent to incorporate in the UK, but they were not giving me any significant control and I had no permission to add any directors or advisory boards. Anything can be done, and they charge me a fee when I need to add anything or add a director or any other thing, and they do not give me an authentication code.
I do worry about government fees. That's my responsibility.
