The company is based in Australia, I would like to start by creating a letter that outlines the legal issues they will face if they continue to deny my payout.

Payout is being denied by the company because of a rule that is listed in terms and conditions. Before completing registration with the company, their support employee who’s job is to provide clarification about rules and t&c wrongfully misinformed me about the rule which led to the termination of my account and denial of my payout. They are stating that because their employee gave the misleading information, they are not responsible and can proceed with the payout rejection and account termination because their employee is a third party.
