Limited-Scope Video Hearing Attorney -- 2
Budget: $10 – $1,000 USD
I need a licensed attorney to step in on a limited-scope basis and represent me during an upcoming video-conference motion to dismiss hearing. The engagement is strictly for that call—I will handle the rest of the case myself—so I’m counting on you to appear virtually, present the necessary arguments, and answer any questions the judge may raise.
What I’m asking:
• Legal representation during the call itself (Zoom/Teams link will be provided once we coordinate with the clerk).
• Brief pre-hearing coordination so you understand the facts, filings, and desired outcome.
• A concise post-hearing recap of what transpired and any next steps I should address on my own.
Because this is limited scope, I’m not looking for full-case management, only a competent advocate who can confidently handle the motion to dismiss arguments within the allotted time. Court-admission in the relevant jurisdiction is, of course, mandatory.
