Lien Filing Paralegal Needed in Texas

I'm looking for someone who can file a lien against someone in a small claims court judgement. I have his drivers license number, address, etc. I guess research his ownership of the house & file a lien with the dallas county records (?) i can upload the documents i have if able & interested. ( have a certified judgement - last july)
