Position Title: Senior Litigation Attorney - Personal Injury
Salary: $150K to $180K + bonus
Work Set-up: Hybrid/Remote
Location: Dallas, TX
About the Company
Our client is a renowned personal injury law firm known for being relentless advocates for the injured. With a strong focus on complex personal injury litigation, they are expanding their dynamic team and seeking an experienced Senior Litigation Attorney.
This is an excellent opportunity for a courtroom-proven litigator who thrives on challenging cases and is passionate about fighting for justice on behalf of clients.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a heavy litigation docket, specializing in complex personal injury cases.
Handle depositions, hearings, mediations, and jury trials as lead counsel.
Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and trial briefs.
Develop case strategies and oversee matters from intake through resolution.
Collaborate closely with paralegals, litigation support staff, and other attorneys.
Requirements
Licensed in Texas and in good standing with the Bar (NY or Florida licenses a strong plus).
3–5+ years of litigation and trial experience in personal injury law.
Demonstrated success in complex personal injury litigation.
Strong oral advocacy, negotiation, and trial presentation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Preferred Qualifications
First-chair jury trial experience.
Federal court licensure and/or appellate experience.
Spanish language proficiency (a plus in the Texas market).
Multi-jurisdiction litigation experience.
Benefits
