Letter of Demand as a cover letter

I need to submit documents to my bank proving what they've been asking from me which is to prove that they check I deposited is not fraudulent. However since they accuse me and before giving me the benefit of the doubt the challenge them closed all my accounts and froze all my money in it I would like to send them all the evidence that they requested from me but I decided that I'm willing to pay for a paralegal to write a professional demand letter to be used along with all the documentation says that I will be faxing in. I would like for the man letter to basically summarize what I am sending in and using professional legal jargon explaining the illegality of false accusations and the last part should be explaining that if they will not remove the restrictions now that I was able to obtain all the documents they requested for me I will take legal action to the fullest extent of the law.
