Hello. I am looking for a legal person to write a letter of claim for medical negligence to our national health service here in the UK. I have the template and have drafted it but I am looking for someone to expand on it and make it more legal and professional sounding so that I am more likely to win the claim.

It will help if you understand British legal system but not imperative as it says about part 36 settlement order etc if you read the template.
