Need to create custom software licence for SaaS based product to be distributed customer/partner with source code.
- License needs to be enabling customisation by partner for their own use cases
- License needs to be preventing partner to redistribute, rebrand, resell product or code libraries/sdks fully or partially to other parties.
- License needs protect copy right and intellectual property of the owner.
- License needs to enable customer to build solutions on top of the platform freely.
- License needs to prevent customer to compete with platform on specific use cases such as Customer Marketing Automation, Customer Engagement Platform, Complex Event processing, Streaming Analytics
