Legal review of advisor agreement with UK start-up

I am in the process of being hired by a start-up as an advisor on sales and marketing in exchange for 5% of the business. It is a fixed 6 month agreement with an option to extend and expand the role to CRO/CMO with the potential of more equity as well. The advisor agreement as it is called is 10 pages long and 2649 words in total.
