Looking for someone with Australian legal background to draft 10/20 legal precedents - will include influencer agreements, sponsorship agreements, ambassador agreements, photography and videography agreements etc and must comply with Australian law and be drafted with all Australian legal requirements. Precedents are to have key terms in engagement form and then T&C’s that incorporate the key legal issues ie around IP, confidentiality, obligations, indemnity etc
