Legal opinion on my utility token

We are a booking platform based on the blockchain.
We have our utility token and we would like to request for a legal opinion (basically that our token is not a security .
In fact our TRYV token is the utility token of the tryvium platform.
Please can you share the time of preparation and the cost for such legal opinion?
