Legal opinion for games website

We need to correct an existing legal opinion (I will send you a four-page file). The deadline for the project is Monday. We need to write/correct a document on the gaming area for the games website by it. Our team did some research and we found out that gambling licence is not required for a normal html games site in France. We need to write this in a ready document from a legal point of view. The main criterion for the job is the legal seal of any EU country, i.e. the document must be stamped and signed.
