Legal letter

I am after a legal letter with relation to shares. I just need the shareholder to sign and agree that if they choose to sell their shares that I (The main share holder) will be given first refusal and 6 months notice to find funds. Also that 3 separate accountants will give their estimates on share value. 1 of the shareholders choosing, 1 from myself choosing and a joint choosing.
