Legal help with business purchase

Need the following work for the purchase of a cafe/restaurant where the purchase is conditional on a mooring and license agreement being transferred to me.
· Preparation of the Asset Purchase Agreement;

· Review of (and advice on) an appropriate Bill of Sale;

· Assistance with “due diligence” on the mooring business license etc.
