1) Documentation supporting the legal form of the business and the ownership of the business entity (for example: Articles of Incorporation)
2) Copy of business registration, including tax registration or applicable business registration number
3) Bank letter or statement of account in the name of the business
4) One letter of recommendation from an Airline, your GDS or other major industry supplier (hotel, car rental, consolidator...) you are doing business with. Note that the letter of recommendation must be on company letterhead and include the name and email address of the person providing the recommendation
5) Government-issued license for sale of travel-related service (if applicable)
6) Signed copy of the TIDS Terms and Conditions (attached for reference)
