Legal contract review - Consulting services provision contract

One of our clients has asked us to provide them with a legal contract for our management consulting services that we are going to provide to them.
i have drafted the contract using the online contract template but I need an expert to review and correct it before i send it to the client. I want to ensure we are protected legally in the contract and appropriate clauses are there/added accordingly.
The services will be provided in the philippines and our company and the client both are located in Philippines.
The document that needs to be reviewed and corrected is attached.
