Legal contract Drafting for Employees, Business Partnership, International Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Lawyer . The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting and reviewing a wide range of legal documents, including legal reseller agreements, international association agreements, call centre agreements, business partnership agreements, providing stake to employees agreements, company valuation, and all types of professional management service agreements for our domestic and international clients.
Responsibilities:
Draft and review legal reseller agreements, international association agreements, call centre agreements, business partnership agreements, providing stake to employees agreements, company valuation, and all types of professional management service agreements
Conduct legal research to stay up-to-date on legal regulations and changes that may affect the company or its clients
Advise clients on legal issues related to their business operations and provide recommendations for legal solutions
Represent clients in legal negotiations, mediations, and arbitration
Assist with the resolution of disputes and other legal issues that may arise
Work collaboratively with other members of the legal team, as well as with other departments within the company
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized institution
At least 5 years of experience as a corporate lawyer, with a proven track record of drafting and reviewing various types of legal agreements
Knowledge of Indian legal system and regulations, as well as international laws and regulations
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
