Legal consulting needed for token ICO

I started a business based on a play-to-earn blockchain game that will use a token and NFTs. The game is still in development, and I am looking to launch the token in around two months. I only recently learned that I need legal advice on whether that token is a security or not, as this could be detrimental to the project.
