Firm is a small sized touristic company.
Scope of services shall include preparation of legal documents required by the Ministry of Justice of Israel. In connection with the registration of the branch in accordance with the terms of applicable Israeli laws, legal consultation in implementation of legal procedures by the Board, legal assistance in opening an account in Israeli banks, legal assistance in renting office for the branch and apartments for branch employees, and legal support in migration, labor relations, taxes and corporate law matters. If the services provided do not comply with the terms of this contract, the Contractor guarantees the elimination of the identified shortcomings.
