Legal consultation for set-up of a Dubai-based company related to NFTs

We are looking for a UAE based lawyer to help with company formation. We are a blockchain company under formation that will be based in Dubai.
The applicant needs to have similar experience in supporting a company in its formation in order to launch NFT products, and understanding perfectly the legal and regulatory requirements to issue the tokens (from a licensing & on-going compliance perspective in the UAE). Also understanding the different licenses offered in the UAE by different free zones.
This will be an initial consultation session, but then more projects will be available as soon as the company is set up.
