Legal assistance needed for preparing some motions
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
I am in need of legal assistance for preparing 2-3 motions for injunctive relief. I am looking for someone who can provide suggestions and I have a pretty good comprehension of the law so discussing final pricing and stuff obviously I would like to discuss further a lot of the work has been done and just needs to basically be submitted but I have work that I have not done that I need help with and that will take considerable time effort and resources so part of what I need can be handled with one person but I have a large suit that will require more than a few people.
1st I want to overturn a default divorce Judgement in Nassau County.
I was not served. That is it. They have no personal jurisdiction. They have defective service if even that. The circumstances are disturbing.
My ex-wife got a default divorce Judgement against me unlawfully. The attorneys got an ex-parte (that is a joke in itself.) Hearing to change the method of service to allow service via email that is 25 years old. While also allowing service via FedEx overnight.
[*********So they modified the entire separation agreement that she had materially breached. She had sold our marital property without my consent. My attorney was disbarred his office was like non-stop closings going on on the other side he was 50% owner of the title company (that is illegal)******* her lawyer at the closing was also was her divorce lawyer too.To add insult to injury he has the audacity to send me a letter saying he was at the sale of the house and would not be responsible in any way should he have any reason will he be held responsible.********
So I would like to have a TRO drafted to have her list assets. Make sure there is no more stealing.
An order to show cause with proof to prevent the plaintiff raising the fact that it was all done in bad faith. Also disposal of matrimonial assets is illegal.
Another similar scienario
Is I would make a motion for a Traverse Hearing. Showing that not to do so would cause irreparable damage and also
The only thing they may raise is harmless error. That would be a traversty.
I may also look to the CPLR RULE 60.
