Legal argument defining a joint domicile relationship

I am in a dispute with my former spouse. She loses interest in my retirement if she enters into a joint domicile relationship. She's had a roommate since Feb 2022. She's arguing that isn't a joint domicile relationship because there's not a sexual component to their arrangement. The judge has requested we submit a written argument for him to make his ruling.
