Legal agreement drafting
Budget: $10 – $200 USD
Could you help draft a couple of documents:
1. An agreement between Numberfit and preschools who take on our programme as per the attached? we really just want to protect ourselves that if they pay in monthly instalments, they don’t stop after the first one as they’re committed to a minimum of 12 months.
2. Another agreement to outline a freelance commission only sales role to sell this to preschools which basically just says that we’ll pay them £25 for each sale they make.
If both agreements could be short and simple that would be great as neither party will be strong on legalese.
