I am in need of legal advice pertaining to Business Law. I require both specific issue advice and general legal guidance. The ideal candidate should have experience in providing one-time consultations. The scope of the job includes but is not limited to:

- Providing legal guidance on business formation and registration
- Advising on legal implications of contracts and agreements
- Providing legal advice on issues related to regulatory compliance
- Reviewing and advising on legal documentation such as employment contracts, non-disclosure agreements, and lease agreements

The ideal candidate should possess:

- A degree in Law
- Experience in providing legal advice on Business Law matters
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
