Our company works in the field of online education. In particular, we provide online trainings on information security. We need a legal agreement that would stipulate the conditions under which our trainings are provided - For example, we need to explicitly stipulate that we do not provide trainings and do not issue certificates to persons under the age of 18, or that a person who orders our training agrees not to use obtained theoretical and practical skills for criminal purposes, and so on. Since we are an US based company, this document must be drawn up in accordance with the US laws.
