The Bank must show PROOF that this Account should not be automatically withdrawn from our CLIENT as he is an AGE PENSIONER and is also fighting cancer.
This undue STRESS that the Bank is now imposing is unfair to my client and that we must show to the Bank that we will also litigate for UNDUE STRESS to my Pensioner client.
